Topic Locking Procedure and Ban Policy

Hello you crazy people. Overnight the forum has lit up with all your mischief but just to make you aware that moderation is now coming into affect because of the bigger userbase.
Topic Locking
Once a post is deemed unworthy by a mod or a admin, they click the shiny button at the bottom to lock the post.
The Topic will remain there for up to 24 hours.
The Topic will then be moved to the recycle bin or the basket.
The topic will either then be deleted by the admin or will remain there for anything up to 90 days before being pruned from our system.
Ban Policy
People who try to get banned will not succeed. Posts will be locked like above but will be deleted in 24 hours. If admin's feel affectively P'd off by said asshattery then your post count will be reset and you will not be allowed to post in certain sections, As i know this hurts more than a ban which people pride themselves over. Behave.
Onto real bans
On that last point my final point, if you are being abused over the PM system, PM an admin with copies of abuse messages. The person's position will then be scrutinized as well as the ability to PM being removed.

- Harassment
